• Telegram ID — if you use our Telegram bot (@absolute_vpn_bot) to manage your subscription.
• Subscription data — your active plan, expiry date, number of devices.
• Payment data — processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

We do not collect or log: browsing history, DNS queries, IP addresses assigned during VPN sessions, or any traffic data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To deliver and maintain the VPN service.
• To send service-related notifications (subscription renewals, technical updates).
• To respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with a limited number of third parties strictly to operate the service:

• Payment processors — handle billing; governed by their own privacy policies.
• Telegram — if you use our bot, subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
• TikTok — we use TikTok's Content Posting API solely to publish content to our official TikTok account. No user data is shared with TikTok.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any other parties.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion or subscription cancellation:

• Account data is deleted within 30 days.
• Billing records may be retained for up to 5 years as required by Russian tax law.
